Larnik user guide
Everything Larnik does, in the order you are likely to need it — from making your first list to running your own instance. 12 pages, no account required to read them.
Getting started
The basics: accounts, lists, items and fields.
- Getting started Create an account, make your first list and start tracking your tasks and activities.
- Lists, items & groups How lists, lists-of-lists, item statuses, per-list sorting and the duplicate-title switch work.
- Custom fields The seven field types, required fields and the closure window, and default fields that every new list inherits.
- Arranging the home screen Drag lists into the order you want and file them under your own collapsible categories — an arrangement only you see.
- Verhavod (boards) Kanban boards next to your lists: columns, items with an assignee and a due date, overdue highlights, sharing, and links to your catalogs.
Catalogs
Catalogs of things you reference from many lists.
- Kufaryk catalog Define your own kinds of object once — films, board games, wines, anything — and link list items to them instead of retyping titles.
- Kinaznautsa (movies) Search TMDB from inside Larnik and put films and series straight into your lists — one shared catalog of references, not copies.
- Guliona (games) The film catalog for video games: search Steam, MobyGames or IGDB, put games straight into your lists and link list items to them.
Working with data
Sharing, spreadsheets and undoing deletions.
- Sharing Give someone view or edit access to a list or catalog, or publish a read-only link that works without a Larnik account.
- Import & export Bring lists in from XLSX, XLS, ODS, CSV or TSV — or export everything, field types included, so it imports back cleanly.
- Trash Everything you delete is snapshotted first: what a restore brings back, when it refuses, and how long entries are kept.
