Larnik

Settings, themes and your account

Themes and the theme builder, date formats, default sorting and fields, and the switches that hide modules you do not use.

Everything on this page lives behind the ⚙ button on the home screen, and everything in it applies to your account alone.

Themes

Larnik ships with Dark (the default), Light, Forest, Pixel Art and Neon. Picking one applies it instantly, and it follows you to this manual as well as the app.

The theme builder

Customize themes… opens a builder where you set the colours yourself with a live preview of a real screen rather than a row of swatches. Keep as many custom themes on your account as you like, and export any of them as a .json file to share with someone else — or import one they sent you.

Dates

Choose how dates are written on screen and in exports: YYYY-MM-DD, DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, DD.MM.YYYY or Month D, YYYY. It is a display choice — the stored value never changes, so switching format never rewrites your data.

Defaults for new lists

  • Default sort — the ordering every newly created list starts with. Each list can still be changed afterwards.
  • Default fields — custom fields copied into every list you create from now on. They are a template: editing them later does not reach back into lists that already exist.

Trash and signing out

🗑 Open trash takes you to the Trash, where deleted things wait to be restored. ⏻ Sign out sits at the bottom left of the dialog, away from Cancel and Save.

Modules you do not use

Kufaryk, Kinaznautsa and Guliona are not switched here: each list turns them on for itself, under ⚙ → Modules in the list, and a new list starts with all of them off.

Settings has one module switch, Verhavod boards, which hides 📌 My Boards for you. If boards are turned off for this whole Larnik, the switch is greyed out with a line saying so; your own choice is kept and is back in effect when boards return.

Your account

Your password can be changed here. Changing it signs out every other session on the account — a deliberate consequence, and the reason changing it is worth doing if you suspect somebody else has been signed in.

If this Larnik can send email, the sign-in screen can send you a reset link instead, and new accounts may need to confirm their address before their first sign-in.
